  Oh my oh my. Not a good experience which is disappointing. Ordered soup, told 6 min later there was no soup. We had to ask 3 times for our drinks. The staff member putting the food together did not bother to tell us what they were out of, which was a lot of things, so we waited just to be told by the order taker they did not have it. When we asked for a chilli instead we were told no even though we offered to pay the price difference. Very awful visit. Staff needs more training or a manager needs to be present and doing follow up on staff.

  I went through the drive through at 4:45pm and ordered the wedge fries and was told that they were out, then she said "it would be a 10 minute wait."
  She then asked if I would like something else, I scanned the menu and decided on the steak and cheese pannini and then I was told that they were out of the steak. By this time I was thinking this is completely ridiculous as it wasn't even the dinner rush yet! Finally I settled for the crispy chicken, I was handed my order in it's wrapper with a couple of napkins with no bag, at this point I was thinking wtf are you out of bags too!
  Worst drive through experience ever!

  Always over charge me, you must get your receipt everytime. Kids that work there probably pocket the extra money.
  Accidents happen once or twice, when it happen everytime I went there it started to feel like theft. Word to staff: If you don't like your job, work somewhere else.
