  Went to the Well a few times and every time the service for dinner or a drink has been bad. I keep trying to defend the place by saying they are busy or now renovations are happening, but last Friday was horrible. We got there for happy hour at 505 and at 540 we still had no menu or acknowledgement that we were even sitting there. I say 5 pf the staff standing around talking so I walked up and asked for service to be told someone will be right with us. -- Nothing!
  We then asked another waitress to send over ours and she smiled to say she would, but watched he go to the till and never talk to anyone.
  
  finally just before 6 we got a waitress who gives us menus and takes our drink order. We ask to have the Happy hour menu to be told that there is really no time to place an order as its almost 6!
  
  Yes, although we explained we were there from 505 pm, she told us she was doing the best she could.
  
  We did get happy hour - one drink as it was 6 pm but no smile and we really felt like we were putting her out by being there.
  
  I try to go to local places but really is this what I want to take out of town people too?
  
  Please if you could just smile and say "Sorry we are short staffed or busy or something" so we know its ok for us to be there.

  We went for a 21st birthday and they cleaned up our table when we went to gamble. When we complained they asked us to leave saying we were stumbling aeound. I had a broken shoe and had only drank half a bottle of wine. Very unprofessional.

  Absolutely horrible! Not only did my mother and I wait 45 minutes to be served, I ended up really sick! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!
